About us

A family of churches, learning to follow Jesus together.

What began in 2008 as a small gathering in a living room has grown into ten neighborhood churches across the United States and the United Kingdom. We're still the same family — just spread across more zip codes.

Our story

Faith City Church was planted with a simple conviction: ordinary people, formed by Scripture and the Holy Spirit, can change the spiritual climate of a city. That conviction sent us into Charlotte first, then Dallas, then eight more cities over the next decade.

Each location has its own pastor, its own neighborhood, and its own rhythms — but we share the same theology, the same liturgy on Sundays, and the same commitment to living out the way of Jesus together.

We're a multi-ethnic, intergenerational church. We sing old hymns and new songs. We take the long view of discipleship, knowing that faithfulness over decades is what changes neighborhoods.

What we believe

Scripture

We believe the Bible is the inspired word of God — sufficient, trustworthy, and our final authority for faith and life.

Jesus

We believe Jesus is fully God and fully human, who lived, died, rose, and is coming again — the only way to be made right with God.

The Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer, forming us into the likeness of Christ and empowering us for love and mission.

The Church

We believe the church is God's chosen family on earth — diverse, devoted, and sent to bear witness to the kingdom of Jesus.
